What ages does The Nth Degree coach?

Serious young athletes aged 8 to 18. The Foundations Academy is for ages 8/9–13, and the Advanced Athlete Academy is for ages 13/14 and up. The Complete Athlete, one-on-one coaching with Bryan Beinke, is also open to adults.

Is The Nth Degree a selection or tryout environment?

No. It is not a selection environment. The work is for the athlete, not for a coach watching to slot them into a team. Most athletes feel the difference in their first session.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your athlete via the enquiry form on the homepage. Bryan responds personally — athlete to athlete — usually within a few hours. Then you come in for a trial session and we see together if the work fits.

What are the class times?

Foundations runs Mon–Fri 4:30pm and Sat 9am. Advanced runs Mon–Fri 4:30pm, Wed 5:30pm, Thu 7am and Sat 9am. Other sessions and early-morning slots are available on request.

Do you coach adults or offer one-on-one sessions?

Yes — The Complete Athlete is one-on-one coaching with founder Bryan Beinke, for athletes and adults ready for the deeper work: the body, the inner game, and the path they're actually on. Spots are small and opening soon.

The body work is layered. Strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning — programmed for the phase of the year and the sport they play. Underneath, the work most parents don't see: running technique, posture under load, the mechanics that prevent the injuries kids rack up everywhere else.

The human work is the harder half. Identity. Belief. The mindset that holds when the pressure rises. We talk about who your athlete is becoming, and how to stay inside their dreams without being consumed by them.
