Join a real Foundations or Advanced Academy session. No card, no pressure to continue. Your athlete trains with the group, gets coached properly, and you both leave knowing whether this is the right room for them.
One trial session per athlete · No card or payment details · A full hour of real coaching
Experienced coaching. Individual attention. A genuine first session.
The program is led by founder Bryan Beinke with a coaching team that has played and coached at senior level. Bryan and Scott Bassett both played AFL; Scott ran strength and conditioning at Norwood Football Club for six years, and Bryan works with Norwood Netball Club's squads on theirs today. The room takes athletes across different sports and very different starting points, from 8-year-olds building their first foundations to teenagers preparing for senior competition. Your athlete doesn't need to arrive elite. They need to be willing to learn.

"We chose The Nth Degree because close friends of ours recommended it and she has not looked back. The coaches made Tayla feel very comfortable from day 1."

Live from our booking system, so what you see is what's running. Foundations for roughly 8–13, Advanced Athlete Academy for roughly 13–18. Every session is an hour.
Booking takes a couple of minutes
Choose a session above and press Book. Foundations if your athlete is roughly 8–13, Advanced if they're roughly 13–18 or already training seriously. Unsure? Pick the closest fit and we'll confirm it with you.
Create your TeamUp account. Our bookings run through TeamUp, so it will ask for an email and a password the first time. No card. At checkout, choose the Trial Pass, it's the $0 option, and it covers this one session.
Enter your athlete as the person training, and add yourself as their parent or guardian. Their session, their booking and everything we send you hang off their record, so it's worth a few seconds to get right at the start. Already put yourself in as the participant? No drama, call us and we'll sort it.
Come in and train. Arrive ten minutes early, in gear they can move in, with a water bottle. We'll take it from there.
A real training session, not a watered-down demonstration. Your athlete trains alongside the group, gets coached the whole way through, and works at a level that's right for them. You'll see how we coach, what we value, and whether the environment feels right.
If it's a fit, we'll explain the next step. If it isn't, you'll still leave with a clearer picture of what your athlete needs.
Athletic Foundations
Roughly ages 8–13
Movement quality, coordination, speed, strength and confidence: the foundations that carry an athlete through years of sport.
Advanced Athlete Academy
Roughly ages 13–18
Speed, power, strength and physical resilience: the ability to perform, and hold up, as the demands of their sport climb.
Sixteen or older and after more than a group session? That's the Individual Athlete Academy →. Your own program, built around your goal, for serious athletes 16 and up. It isn't booked through a trial session; read about it, or ask Bryan.

No. They need to be willing to learn. We coach athletes at very different stages in the same room and set the work to where each of them is. Nobody arrives finished.
Foundations or Advanced?
Foundations is roughly 8–13, Advanced roughly 13–18. If they're 13, start in Foundations unless they've already been training seriously for a while. If it isn't obvious, pick the closest fit and book. We'll confirm it with you before the session, and move them if we need to.
What happens after the trial?
We'll tell you honestly whether the room suits your athlete, which academy fits, and what training looks like from there. There's no obligation and nobody will chase you. If it's not right, you'll still leave knowing more about what they need.
My athlete is carrying an injury. Can they still come?
Call Bryan before you book so we understand it. Some things we can work around in a group session, some need a different starting point, and it's better to know which before they walk in.
Ready? Pick a session.
One hour of real coaching. If it's the right room, you'll know.
Tell us their age and their sport, and what you're hoping training does for them. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and which academy to book. If you're after individual programming rather than a group session, say so here. That's a conversation, not a booking.
